In these Terms and Conditions “we” and “us” mean Etiquette Handbags & Wallets ABN 77 083 343 873 the website owner, and “you” means you the customer or site visitor. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before placing orders online at www.etiquettehandbags.com.au These Terms and Conditions together with your order constitute the entire contract between you and us for the supply of products. No other Terms and Conditions will apply. The contract may not be altered unless agreed to by us in writing or via email. Please make sure you have read our Terms and Conditions prior to shopping on our website. This legal statement contains the Terms and Conditions that regulate (a) this site (b) the newsletter provided by Etiquette Handbags and Wallets. By using any pages of this site and/or by subscribing to the newsletter, you expressly accept and agree to abide by all the terms and conditions contained in this legal statement. You may not use any pages of the site if you do not accept and agree to these terms and conditions. MAKING A PURCHASE
Payments can only be made in Australian Dollars, if you are placing your order outside Australia, your credit card company will convert the Australian dollar transaction into your local currency. On all Australian orders, Etiquette online prices are inclusive of postage and packing and of the 10% GST charge on purchases. International prices are quoted exclusive of postage, this will be added to the final price of product/s at checkout. You can view your shipping quotation by using our estimate postage calculator to your destination on all international orders. We accept Visa, MasterCard and AMEX payments. By placing an order online you are confirming that the credit card you are using belongs to you. All credit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation checks by the card issuer. OUR ORDER ACCEPTANCE
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we dispatch your product/s. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced or no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price or a product is no longer available, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price or alternative product is acceptable before concluding the sale. By paying for your order, you are agreeing to our trading Terms & Conditions.

PURCHASE ACCEPTANCE - COLOUR & VARIATIONS
We cannot place any guarantee on any product that the item will look exactly the same as seen on our web site due to the nature of pattern fabric piece cuts. We try to ensure the closest possible match in appearance to the photo seen; however due to assembly with some decorative materials, products will look different from time to time and some variations will appear. We do guarantee in return that no item we produced is exactly the same as the next and that your handbag is undoubtedly classified as a “one off piece”. It is our aim to ensure that the colour of our products appearing on our website are as near as possible to the colour of the product. Please note that colours of product will sometimes vary depending on the quality and make of computer monitors they are being viewed on, and therefore we are unable to guarantee delivery on the precise colour of the product seen on your screen. Therefore when placing your order, you are accepting that items may be slightly different in appearance from photos seen on our website.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY 
Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page for all detailed information. All accessories will come with the appropriate Etiquette Handbags and Wallets dust protector bag and or wallet box. Once your order has been dispatched you will be sent an email containing your tracking number and method of tracking the item. Orders placed at weekends or public holidays will be dealt with on the next working day. Occasionally our delivery schedule can be affected by adverse weather conditions and seasonal fluctuations in deliveries at the sorting depot. Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for any delays that are caused by Australia Post and/or our courier service. 

CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS
From time to time we may change the Terms and Conditions on www.etiquettehandbags.com.au We will post these changes to our Terms and Conditions page and post an updated change date. All purchases made from date of amendment shall be subject to the replacement Terms & Conditions. Your use of this website indicates that you have read and accepted our amended Terms and Conditions as outlined on this page.

LIABILITY
We will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether its in contract or by infringement of right or otherwise. In all cases our entire liability for any products supplied to you, howsoever arising, shall be limited to damages which shall not exceed the price paid for the product/s from our website in respect of which a claim has arisen.

TAX CHARGES
The prices include GST at 10% for Australian customers.

WARRANTY & RETURNS
Etiquette Handbags & Wallets provide a six month warranty on all products. Please refer to our Warranty & Returns Policy for specific details.
