Warranty & Returns Policy

 

ALL FAULTY AND CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:  

  • Copy of proof of purchase from www.etiquettehandbags.com.au
  • Return authorisation number (RAN) issued by Etiquette Handbags & Wallets
  • A brief written description of the reason for your return

WARRANTY

Etiquette Handbags & Wallets provides a six month warranty from date of purchase on all product. Etiquette products are not made for extreme usage, due to their leathers and fabrics used. It is Etiquette Handbags & Wallets responsibility to bring to your attention that your item is a delicate product and must be treated with the utmost care — as you would with a very special friend or favourite lipstick. The warranty does not cover a product that is suggested as faulty caused by damage made by the owner — this applies to daily general wear and tear and/or failing to maintain and care for the product respectfully. Leather is a natural material and therefore inconsistency in colour and texture is a unique characteristic of our product. Animals are subject to a wide variety of factors in their natural environment that leave indelible marks on their hides. As these marks have healed on the animal, they do not affect the durability of the leather, but rather enhance its individuality. It is not considered a flaw or fault if these inconsistencies appear from time to time, so please be aware of this.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEM PROCEDURE POLICY

If you have receive a damaged or defective item from us, please contact us immediately by email at returns@etiquettehandbags.com.au with a brief description of the item’s problem and your invoice number. We will issue you a return authorisation number (RAN) and supply you with the return address details. Please follow the simple return procedure and we will arrange an immediate exchange of product, repair or refund. Exchange can only be made where appropriate and if item is available. Repair will be made by Etiquette if required, and Etiquette will cover the cost of repairing the item if faulty. The delivery of the repaired or exchanged item back to the buyer will be covered by Etiquette. If a product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued on receipt of product in same manner as payment was made. Email us at returns@etiquettehandbags.com.au if required

CHANGE OF MIND PROCEDURE POLICY

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a seven day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at returns@etiquettehandbags.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. We will issue you a return authorisation number (RAN) and supply you with the return address details. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition with original packaging including dust protector bags and swing tickets. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore, we advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Etiquette Handbags & Wallets will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in return transit. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund and return the items to you without notification, if your return does not comply with our policy. A refund for change of mind will not include the costs incurred by Etiquette Handbags & Wallets for the original delivery charges to the original address provided by the buyer. All refunds will only be exchanged to the purchasing cardholder. Refunds, exchanges or credits will not be accepted under any condition if you fail to meet our above policy procedures, due to a faulty item or change of mind.
